Dog Running

Our dog runs offer the perfect blend of physical exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization—keeping your pup happy, well-behaved, and fulfilled at home!

Dog running is at the core of Tucson Dog Joggers. Some dogs are born to run, and we’re here to keep them moving! Whether you’re looking to ease anxious or bored behavior while you’re away at work or need a guilt-free break from being their running partner, we’re here to help.

Perfect for:
✔️ High-energy breeds needing a structured outlet
✔️ Dogs transitioning into running or seasoned runners needing consistency
✔️ Owners looking to improve their pup’s behavior and well-being through exercise

Run Details:

• 30-minute runs at an 8–12 minute per mile pace (adjusted for temperature & ability).

• Water, treats (if requested), and waste cleanup included.

• Runs take place in your neighborhood—nearby parks included upon request!

• If it’s too hot, we’ll switch to a walk for safety (see our Summer & Alternative Services as well).

2nd Dog Criteria:
✔️ Must be from the same household
✔️ Must have a similar fitness & ability level
✔️ Minimal swerving & pulling for safety

Brisk Walks

Just like our dog running services, our brisk walks provide essential physical exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization, helping your pup stay happy, balanced, and well-behaved at home.

Our fast-paced dog walking service is ideal for most dogs—for some smaller pups, it may even feel like a run! Whether young or old, big or small, a brisk walk in the Tucson sun offers the perfect mix of exercise and enrichment.

• Dogs needing extra leash practice before progressing to full time running

Leisurely Walks

If your dog already gets plenty of exercise but still needs a midday break to potty, soak up the sun, and smell the neighborhood, our leisurely walks are the perfect solution!

✔️ Ideal for puppies, senior dogs, and those in between
✔️ Includes water bowl refills & treats (as directed)
✔️ A comforting visit for dogs home alone during the day

Summer & Other Alternative Services

Too hot for a run or walk? Need a pet sitter to stop by a few times a day for breakfast, dinner, and belly rubs while keeping your dogs comfy in their own home? We’ve got you covered! Our Summer & Alternative Services are the perfect solution for your custom needs.

While we don't do over night sitting, we are happy to stop buy and spend some time with your pets to give them the loving they crave while you are out of town or at work. Breakfast, dinner and anything in between.

During the summers when we need to cut off our walking/running services around 10am due to the heat, this is a great alternative to still get some energy out. We will play stimulating games with them and still make sure they get a potty break and some food/water as directed by parents, and of course lots of belly rubs and ear scratches too.

We also understand that some dogs need a little extra time and socialization before they feel comfortable with a new walker or runner. That’s why we offer a specialized service designed for anxious or skittish pups. Instead of jumping right into a walk or jog, we take a gentle approach, spending time together, offering treats, practicing basic commands, and building trust at their pace. These low-pressure sessions help your dog feel safe and confident, setting the stage for a positive walking or running experience in the future.

Perfect for:
✔️ Dogs needing care while you're away—without boarding
✔️ Pups who get their exercise elsewhere but still need a friendly check-in during the day
✔️ Anxious or reactive dogs that need extra socialization and trust-building before graduating to walks/runs
✔️ Hot summer days when it’s just too warm for walks or runs, but your dog still has energy to burn
